Individual Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy

Service Description

This is an individual therapy session where we can work together to address any pertinent physical, emotional, or psychological issues through individualized movement and breathing techniques. Clients will be sent a health-history and confidentiality form prior to arriving to our session together.
